	The ground floor comprises a living area, dining area, kitchen, pantry and cloakroom. The open plan throughout gives a spacious feeling with double-doors opening onto a wisteria-covered outdoor eating area and an enclosed glass conservatory. There is an open traditional fireplace and wood-burning stove for the cooler seasons. Villa La Camelia has full central heating.


	The Tuscan kitchen is equipped with most of the modern necessities including microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and of course the usual small appliances. The pantry off the kitchen provides ample storage space with a fridge freezer, small bottle fridge, and a large larder cupboard.


	The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite shower room, 1 en-suite bath/shower room, and 1 shared shower/bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with fans and mesh screens are fitted to the windows. The top floor has 1 double bedroom with double-door access to the large terrace and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds, and 1 shared bath. Also available are a baby camping cot and high chair.


	There are telephone points throughout the house and the availability of 2 lines for simultaneous use of the internet and telephone. Local internet access is provided on the in-house computer. Satellite television offers news and original language movie programs. There is a video recorder and stereo hi-fi with tape and cd.
